2nd floor, fan, furniture, tv, etc

When I booked it a week ago, it was empty. I haven't seen the furniture, tv, but I'm sure it's fine. I asked about hot water shower. If purchased, they'll install it for you (appx2500 buy yourself)

I talked the lady down to a 2000 deposit instead of the 4000 she was asking for in case I changed my mind, which I have.

I've nothing to gain (sure like to get my 2K back, but don't really care too much about that), but offering it up if anyone wants it.

Here's the short story behind it.

I thought I needed to move, so booked an apartment for today.

I'm staying in my ex's apt now. She's staying somewhere else. I thought I had to move, but have now offered her, and she agreed to keep this (her old one) apt as my own. The one I'm in now is cheaper + I don't have to move.

Just about to go and tell them I don't want it.
