Im looking at buying a house in Phuket but all I can find on Google are individual 2nd hand houses for sale.

Does anyone know of any new housing estate projects around the west coast area ? Must be lower end geared towards the Thai market, and not your overpriced resort style "luxury" homes aimed towards the farang market.

Preferably looking at Kamala/Kathu/Patong area.
