Hi anyone know how much they are going to get charged for company accounts which are due end december,im sure i paid last year 12,000b and now my lawyer wants 17,000b and there is hardly anything to do as i havnt been trading this year.thanks.

My lawyer is "Pensit & Laws" and i paid 25 000 Baht for : Thai Audit and Reporting Requirements 2006

Professionnal fees : 15 000 baht

Tax estimated : 10 000 baht

And my Compagny Limited was asleep ! ......

I opened my company 4 years ago to buy a land and a house. after having resold the whole, I kept this company because I planned to do a business later. I paid during 3 years, fees and the taxes each year to be quiet, so that my company is not closed.

Now I've opened it again to make my business.

i pay 15000b for my company that trades and 15000b for a different company that just has my houses and land can never under stand how they can be the same .
