This lot has 146 t.w. and is adjacent to lots owned by the Royal family. The vacant lot is surrounded by expensive homes with at least 5 BR etc. Outside Rayong, I reckon the asking price of about 1.5 M THB is okay.

Some will feel nauseated by yet another post about the new regulation, requiring the Thai wife to declare she paid for the lot with her own money. Sorry!

Can a mortgage get recorded soon after? Is a farang allowed to lend on a lot as collateral? Any tips as you all will know where this is headed? Kaup khun krap!
