Legally married to Thai, legal child. Can you buy land and transfer title into name of child which then can be fully owned by child at the age of 18? Please advise.

For anyone living in Wongamat Beach, there's a new open mall being constructed across the street from the Centara Grand Mirage resort. It's supposed to open later this year and will contain restaurants, cafes, a grocery store, etc. With any luck, the grocery store will be good. And the area could use a few more restaurants.
