If you are a foreigner signing ANY legal documents relating to a company in Thailand....you need a WP. GIVE ME A BREAK! i am under the impression that NOBODY (and that includes Sunbelt and all other "learned lawmen") have an idea WHAT THE <deleted> is going on as far as reality and the "law" is concerned.
