Hi All,

Would anyone have any knowledge on this fairly new Supalai Casa riva riverside development down at the bottom of Charoen Krung Road with its intersection with Rama III ?

Would you consider the location to be good ?

Any opinions warm or cold would be appreciated, since we are looking at a number apartments just out of the main centre and really don't have much idea.

As a place to live you should get good value there (though im speaking completely out of the hat, i have no knowledge of the actual development!)

As an investment place i would think that its a poor idea. Its not near to the mass transit routes and 80% of renters all want Silom/Sukhumvit/Sathorn, or at least by the mass transit.
