Ughh..still Confused...

Thank you kindly to anyone who can enlighten me..

I was going to go to Penang for a new TV, but have since read that this consulate is now a bit 'iffy'. Thus I will be making my way to Laos instead (been once already about six months ago to Vientiane).

Would like to know if there are other locations in Loas to obtain a TV? I have seen agencies offering TV trips to Savannasakhet, Mukdahan, etc. Thus has me wondering I can go myself to a different area of Laos for a new visa. Would be nice to explore a different part of the country. Can anyone provide the various locations in Laos where I may obtain a Tourist Visa (with least problems)? (as a side note: are the chances of obtaining a multiple-entry TV slim?)

Lastly, i have seen advertisements such as from Sunbelt Asia, saying they can help people obtain multiple entry Non immigrant 'O' visas. Im in my early 30s and I am basically taking some time out here and would like at least one more year in LOS before i decide what to do. I transfer money every month from my UK bank account as i have a monthly income from an investment. I also have savings (in uk account) from a house sale (not a huge amount, but savings non-the-less). Is it possible to obtain some kind of year visa? Does anyone have experience of this? Or is the TV route still the only viable option for me?

Again..tnx. :o

Only Vientiane is currently being reported as likely to issue a two entry tourist visa.

Only other location in Laos is Savannakhet (across the river from Mukdahan).

Sunbelt can help set up business or assist those with retirement/marriage visa requirements.

If you wish to study an education visa might be possible.

There is no visa provision for taking some time out.
