I am using True Internet and I have no problem watching streaming movies and videos from various websites in the early morning. In the late afternoon and evening it buffers and often not able to watch a video. Is there a program to accelerate or would it be better to download and watch?

Download and watch is the only solution I afraid!

Connection Sharing is the problem and the Sharing at TRUE is quite high! Not that only even the Limited International Bandwith is an Problem. In the early morning are much less connection to the international Gateway than on day time or in the evening.

You can try speedbit video accelerator (take the beta), it works fine but unfortunately only for some featured websites (like youtube). Let the program run for 30-40 seconds before you see an improvement in speed.
