lady at their office i called said about 120k.

curious what you've heard, or bought at.

Think they have not updated their website.

I know someone who bought there some time ago, think he said he paid around the 90k, but now prices have gone up.

I think this property has been around for awhile in pre sales, so big chance for a price rise from the start till now.

i was interested in the river but now i found out that the very best units are alreday sold out. thats a pitty.

It is the units they keep back for the architects, the real estate people, the printers and the owners of the land. Oh, and their mates as well.

C'mon, everyone knows how these things are financed. You don't really think the developer buys the land, then pays for everything, then sells the condos do you ?
