November 25, 200718 yr Think they have not updated their website. I know someone who bought there some time ago, think he said he paid around the 90k, but now prices have gone up. I think this property has been around for awhile in pre sales, so big chance for a price rise from the start till now.

November 26, 200718 yr It is the units they keep back for the architects, the real estate people, the printers and the owners of the land. Oh, and their mates as well. C'mon, everyone knows how these things are financed. You don't really think the developer buys the land, then pays for everything, then sells the condos do you ?
