Seeking Thai Senior Developer/architect

An early stage funded startup seeks an individual as senior developer for a web based reservations and e-commerce application that will serve as the core of the company's business. The web application is already live and operating successfully in Australia and is about to launch internationally.

The applicant must have demonstrated experience building scalable web applications (PHP/MySQL/Apache/Linux) including: building development teams, leading development efforts, and exceptional hands-on coding. The individual will work directly with senior management (CEO and Development manager) and one already-engaged senior developer to ensure overall application success and should thrive in a focused but entrepreneurial environment. Some current staff are based in Australia so excellent English communication skills are required.

This individual will serve two key roles on the team:

1) play a senior developer role to code significant portions of the application; and,

2) manage new members of the development team as the operation grows internationally

Applicants should posses the following:

· Must have excellent English spoken and written;

· Excellent PHP, MySQL, Apache, Linux skills;

· At least two years work experience in which relevant skills have been utilised;

· An ability to manage people, projects, budgets and timelines.

Note: Wage will be generous based on Thai standards, and loyal service will be rewarded.
