The Lighthouse Condo Near River...

i read an article in the post and went to see it.

the front views are all taken, though dont know how many can see the river anyways.

but there are some units left.

the level of flooring and cabinetry was certainly not grade A but you could probably upgrade yourself.

Anyone have any further info or thoughts either positive or negative about it?
