Can't believe this even to be a topic lol, how would it work? Well perhaps by calling and messaging your landlord and to just ask if that is okay? Then you pay until that term and then get your deposit back. Not even necessary for a new lease or contract. So when would you make a new extra contract? 6 months or more perhaps or if it is a very expensive place with high deposit. A lease contract is anyway pretty much worthless as both costs of a civil procedure and the fact it is not registered with the land department, are more than almost every deposit itself is. Your judgement of the landlord by profiling, and the relationship you maintain, matters more. It's beyond real today with people being that anti-social, that they can't even come up with the above.
