Some people say TV is junkie and nothing is interesting on showing. Well, that is kinda true. Press and media these days over exaggerate it but it's up to us whether we wanna turn it on and spend some time with the box, right?

My faves:

Curb Your Enthusiasm

Sarah Silverman

Daily Show

Colbert Report

There are by computer ways to get all of these in Thailand.

Have never seen though but don't get me wrong I'm sure they are some good shows, just never have a chance. One question: does it take time to load and watch it via internet? Is it like youtube? :o

How are you receiving Sky Rugby Channel?

I have found that I watch far less telly than I did in the UK, as despite paying well over 2k per month for UBC, there is generally crap all on that interests me, apart from the sport.

The Office (never thought it would work in the USA but its brilliant)

Grey's Anatomy (yes I am like a girl)

The F Word

Ramsays Kitchen Nightmares

Miami Ink

Some EPL on Goal

BSkyB News (to keep up with the UK and I used to work there)

Spooks

Saxondale

Sienfeld

IFL

Amazing Race

Some Movies

As you can tell I am not getting out much of an evening at the moment - will probably watch hardly any TV though from December 24th till end of January as I am on holiday then very busy in Jan

NZ's Satellite provider, Sky, has dedicated rugby channel shows UK rugby in sthn off season.

Shows nothing but rugby or related programmes.

Most I watch other than sports, are escapism shows.

When in Thailand, I just go to apprpriate pubs, most fun, always summun to agree or argue with........LOL

I like the Asian version at the moment - the USa-Filipina couple are hysterical - I have named her after my boss who is Filipina :o

After work and as I am also studying for an MBA at the moment I am not really looking for any serious programs but something to entertain and take me away from reality when i laze about - when i was in the UK though it was a lot of current affairs TV but not here in Asia as much

Depends on the exact method you are using. If you have a halfway decent fast connection, video streaming is no problem. Dialup: no good.

Ahh, well, never watched anything via net but youtube. I'm able to find my shows to watch either from cable or DVDS, that's good thing. I know it could be very frustating when the connetion slow or something's up while downloading. I never trust machine.

"LOST"??

All the screen writers are still on protest now, aren't they? Have no clue when they will be back working and get the shows running :o

NO UBC :o Guess you're not watching TV much huh. You get any DVDs to watch though?

lazeeboy: just finish watching 24 season 6 ,waiting for season 7.......

I enjoyed 24 season one and two. When it first came on it brought a new style of show that makes it's different but it gets too much one-man-show-hero and things get way over exaggerated. Thing that I like most to see the US has an african, american president. Would it really happen in reality? Election soon, we shall see :D
