But its confusing me, I heard that to distill your own whiskey or those kind of things at home is now legal? then I heard home brewers/distillers need to be licenced, can anyone tell the full story. I have some Thai Friends who still are not sure, one of them makes quite a nice business from this foul stuff :laugh:
