Name, Surname (Family name), Nationality, Passport number, issue on, expiry and Authority. 2. Permanent address or resident. 3. Father and Mother's name. 4. Occupation or Career and Annual income (or annual Salary) 5. Status (Single, Divorced, Widowed) 6. You have Qualified and Eligible to marry a Thai or a Foreigner according to Thai civil and Commercials Code. 7. Name and address of two reference There is 7 items listed for the certified letter. But my boyfriend got his certified letter from his municipality which contains his name , ID , address, and his marital status. Would this be valid to use as a certified letter here? What did you guys have when you registered your marriage? Thank you

Birth Certificate Or Household register with a name of Their child (in case of A marriage Couple have child together) This should answer the question I believe only the embassy letter will do.
