holiday getaway

where to go

well time to get away

but now is high season

(sorry about spelling)

been to kancahnaburi, see saket, lopburi, auyutay, kho chang, ko samet, and cha am

thought of going to ko tao or ko panyang

but thinking to go to a real thai place

not too far from bangkok

where one can be sure to find accommodations

and not pay too much

so my online comrades

any bright ideas???

thanks in advance

islands are more difficult to get to and always more expensive than the mainland.

try some national parks - accommodation within the park is expensive, but than you don't haver to get an entry permit. There are always cheaper bungalows close to the park entrances.

in the central Thailand there are at least 10 national parks - to take your pick.
