60 Day Tourist Visa

Featured Replies

Received a 60 day tourist visa from consulate here in Ireland, issued on 18 december 2007 and must be used by 17 march 2008.

What I would like to know is, if i enter Thailand on March 1st 2008, will i be allowed stay for 60 days. Just confused by the use by March17th date from consulate in Ireland.

Yes, you will be allowed to stay 60 days as long as you enter before 17 March. The "used by" date has no effect on how long you will be allowed to stay, only on when you need to enter.
