15 Months From Non-imigrant B. Can I Do 3 More 30 Day Visa Runs?

Featured Replies

Hello all...

I tried to do my homework and search all possibilities of this first BUT to no avail.

I had a "multi entry" non-im B dated from Novemeber 20, 2006 to November 20, 2007. I am not working in Thailand and will be leaving the country.

I did a visa run around November 15th and got stamped in for another 90 days. Now my passport is stamped until Feb. 10th or something like that.

On or before the above date, based on the new 90 days within six months rule, can I still make another three 30 day visa runs starting in February?

From what I can see it makes sense but at the same time I don't know if they will start to calculate the 90 days from the actual expiry date of my Non-Im B Visa.

I am leaving the country but it would be much easier if I could get at least another 30 to 90 days to get all flights and things tied off since February is coming quickly. I will be moving for work and it would be easier for them to have more time to get the paperwork together so I can come into the new country with the proper VISA etc. immediately.

Thanks very much in advance for your time and assistance.

90 day in six month count will start when you enter on your first 30 day visa exempt stamp. So it will be February ?? when it starts.
