"Sunset over the paddy"

There has been a modicum of jiggery-pokery because of the light variation between the sky and the foreground.

how much jig and poke ??

Would like to see the original. The white around the cloud is too bright for me and for some reason..to me...not sure why it just looks a bit tampered with too much.

But certainly like what it was trying to capture.

I didn't actually jig and poke personally. It was done by cdnvic as he has the latest version of PS.

I prefer it like this, I like the difference between the dark and what the photo is meant to be about, yet you can still clearly see the farmer.

The lighter one shows up too much green and for me it takes my eyes away from the sunset and the reflection of the farmer.

Amateurs view of course.
