The River Condo By Raimon

Featured Replies

i looked at this place and it surely is a 5 star project.

but as i understand, they've only released the lower half of the bigger of 2 towers.

does anyone have any insider info on when the upper half and the 2nd tower will be on offer?

thanks

I have heard that all of the units overlooking the river have been sold to insiders. In fact, I know someone who works there who was not able to secure a unit facing the river as they had all been sold, he was forced to settle for a side facing unit (with slightly impeded river views).

They are fetching 180,000 per square meter, and that the penthouse sold for 220,000 psm

I looked at it before Xmas asking 140 k psm, but as my office is overlooking the Taksin bridge and i see the traffic every day , the position just does not appeal to me , It,s on the wrong side of the river for my liking , other thing is is a massive project 2 towers i think total about 800 units , some are for serviced apartents or Hotel . thats a lot of neighbours in one building ,project will be completed around 2010-2011 so interesting to see how it goes ,

5* or not, prices like that on that side of the river, high rise on the banks of flood-prone Chao Phraya does not appeal. The insiders who bought can probably afford to lose.

The pricing is just getting ridiculous.

Lots of rich people out there.
