I don't think an actual date has been set as yet. according to a mate 'in the know' april-may is favourite.

Yep, but only the first two(?) stations.

Apparently there are 'discussions' occuring because it is going to be operated by a different company, trains will run through but the fare revenue will need to be divvied between BTS and the operator (KT I think).
