Volunteer Work

Featured Replies

Hey Ya'll,

I'm looking to do some volunteer work around the place, now that I've decided to stay in Thailand permanently.

At the mo, I'm residing in Bangkok and will be moving from Lat Krabang to Rangsit (near Central Lad Phrao) just before the end of this month; however, I'd like to know if there's any volunteer organisations out there you'd recommend to me?

I'd prefer to work with kids on any issue (english learning..to drugs..), or government organisations like a hospital.

I've searched the net, but the majority that I have found are paid-to-volunteer work. I dont really want to pay to work..

If you have any experience doing volunteer work, or have a 'contact' within a hospital etc..I'd really like to be able to do some free work, and I can cover all of my own costs associated with it.

Just thought I'd like to do something which gives back to the community :o
