Got old and worn out and my knees are shot, got Osteo arthritis both knees. Can anyone recommend a professional and cost effective hospital/clinic to get my sore bones fixed.

For anyone living in Wongamat Beach, there's a new open mall being constructed across the street from the Centara Grand Mirage resort. It's supposed to open later this year and will contain restaurants, cafes, a grocery store, etc. With any luck, the grocery store will be good. And the area could use a few more restaurants.
