Lots of Silver Shops on New Road (Charoen Krung) at the River end of Surawong Road, they are obviouslty Retail outlets of Manufacturing Companies but will give wholesale pricing for the quantities you are seeking.

and more wholesale shop around kowsan road , but they sell more trinklet and made items.. for bars / lingo not sure !
