Travelling to Samui between the 3rd-9th of Feb. Want a place on Chaweng beach (room doesn't necessarily need to be beachfront, just the hotel itself). Tried booking at Als Hut and Samui Paradise online, but can't get a response for love nor money.

Does anyone know of a not exhorbitantly priced place with rooms available on the beach? Help would be greatly appreciated.

Try Buri Rasa, now low rates due to construction next door, lovely place on the beach.....

Poppies also, yet a bit steep....

...or tray www.latestays.com ......can only book 14 days in advance, however, you can see exactly what is available and at what rate......some are full due to Chinese New Year I guess.

Shame about samui paradise not replying to you yet, they used to have an aussie women doing all their bookings & she was really amazing. Quick response, made your stay feel really personal & was ultra helpful, have heard that they brought in a new gm who didn't want to pay her current salary & commision for doing that job anymore so she left, seems to have proven what others have told me now, that whoever is doing their bookngs just isn't up to the job same as the aussie girl. Shame cause it is a nice resort in a good location & really nice, recently updated rooms (have stayed there several times in past)
