Blackandwhite
WE ARE GOING TO BE IN THAILAND IN NOVEMBER THIS YEAR. I AM AWARE THAT THE WEATHER CAN STILL BE A BIT WET AT TIMES. WHAT PART OF THAILAND IS GOOD AVOID THE RAIN AND GET PLENTY OF SUNNY SPELLS.
SeaVisionBurma
Simon, The monsoon in the south is finished and done by November. I cant recall too many rainy spells for that month. Nice and sunny most of the time. I am mainly around the Ranong-Phuket area. For something different recently Khun GF and I tried several beach hotels and guesthouses in Khao Lak (about 90 minutes drive north of Phuket towards Takuapa). Cheap, good quality, and within distance of some nice National parks, caves, Surin and Similan Islands. We try and go somewhere new each time I get out of Myanmar. Cant comment for the rest of the country.
Jade
November is one of the best times of year to visit. I wouldn't worry too much about rain. The weather is splendid nationwide. I was in Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai and Mae Hong Son last November with perfect weather the whole trip. It was much the same everywhere else, including Bangkok and Phuket.
