Need Experienced International Tax Advisor

I think I have to bite the bullet and get professional tax guidance.

I have to figure out what is the best strategy. I'm sure my situation allows much wiggle room for smart tax decisions to make a big difference.

I'm an American in Thailand with my own business.

I need help with:

1. My foreign earned income tax exclusion

2. Best business structure for me to reduce taxes

3. What to do about potential California taxes

4. Optimal tax-advantaged retirement vehicles (401k, sepira, etc.) for my situation

5. Anything else that comes along between now and when I file my taxes
