Featured Replies

Hi ,, l am not too clued up on pools over here ,,, l have a 12m by 2m x1.5m lap pool ( and l know how a gold fish feels in a tank) its under a veranda and gets little if any sunshine and is losing about 5mm a week ,, could it be evaporation or maybe a leak ?? hoping someone might have some idea

cheers

Definitely evaporation!

5mm in a week is very little, actually for an outdoor pool I would think it should be more.

Hi Bronco ,,, thanks ,,,, l might have to get a cover ,, if only to keep the gecko crap out of the pool :o , yeah ,, replacing the water is not a problem,,but the pool is more or less part of the foundations at the back of the house ,, and l would hate to think that l have a leak there ,,, l will just have to keep a good eye out for any signs of that ,

cheers
