Lickey Posted February 1, 2008 Posted February 1, 2008 Had some very good roasted pork /loin a few days ago, seasoned with parmesan cheese and ground black pepper, ok, so cold, its good for sandwiches or in a curry, but how do you reheat it without that awfull taste for another roast meal? TIA,
flyer Posted February 3, 2008 Posted February 3, 2008 Take a good strong palstic bag, like for packing deep-freeze products. Put the meat in it and tighten the bag carefully. Dip the bag with the meat in boiling water, leaving the opening outside the water and heat for 30 minutes per kilo of meat.
