Rama IV is really long road. It runs from Hua Lamphong Station to something like Suk Soi 71. You can go to one in any part of it?

Normally people include a cross street when describing an area using street names. If you are referring to the Rama IV/Silom area, I think there may be one on the top floor of Silom Complex, but not sure.

There's a place called Bangkok Fight Club in Asoke, has a range of martial arts, you could take the subway there. There's also several Muay Thai gyms in the area.

There's an Aikido dojo on Sukhumvit more or less opposite where Rama 4 meets Sukhumvit. Between Soi 67 and 69 to be more precise...
