Please can some one tel me if it is possible to can make visa in Vietnam. I'm dutch and live already ten years in Thailand my income is 500.000Bath for one year. I cant go to Penang thy give me the red stemp for three time's toerist visa.

I cant go to the Netherlands there is nothing for me no house. Please gif a idee.

You would probably be better off getting it at Vientenne, Laos.

Yep, Vientiane or Savannaketh are better options also cheaper to get to from Thailand,

Also be aware that you need a valid Vietnamese Tourists visa before you plan on travelling there, or obtain a "pre approved" visa from vietnamstay.com or similar agencies. The pre approved variety is only valid at airports, if entering by land, you need a visa in your passport already.

But of course there are more options then Penang alone, There's embassies in KL, Singapore, both of them reachable by air asia, so cheap to get to.
