Biggest Bang For Baht

Featured Replies

Hi all,

I have spent a lot of time reading your posts, and I really do appreciate your help. I am moving to Bangkok in the fall, and I would love to be able to have a decent internet connection that would let me call home on skype, and possibly play a little TF2 and download the odd torrent.

After all the reading I have done, I still cannot see a clear direction to take with respect to internet service providers. Here is my new question: In order to get the best internet connection possible for my computer, with 5000 baht around the max I would be willing to spend per month, what service would you recommend?

Thanks for all your help,

Brad

You really need to find a place to live, then research broadband options based on your location. Find out what your options are for fixed lines (TOT, True), talk to neighbors to see what works for them, etc. Not all ISPs offer service on all fixed lines. www dot adslthailand dot com has some good ISP links.
