Had a case of Bells Palsy ( 1/2 facial paralysis - right hand side ) a few years back, which more or less recovered with some residual effects.

One interesting aspect that if i hold my phone to my right side of my face ( the bells side), after a while, it feels like its bruised ( when your recovering from bells, you feel tender / bruised ).

Its either that the muscles are working more (?), or something to do with RF (?)

I would think it's highly unlikely that you're feeling the effects of the RF directly, if it were that obvious others would have noticed before (and mobiles would have been banned long ago).

More likely that your muscles are working harder, do you get similar effects when using a regular phone?

Crossed my mind that could be a contributor....got a blue tooth now, will see the difference.........

A work colleague in Malaysia was paranoid about frying his brains with his phone, used a hands-free all the time. Many took pleasure in remarking that holding his phone down by his nuts was probably not a smart move :o

Disrupted brain, or disrupted balls........ not a pretty choice.

Classic brains vs balls... you know which side always wins in that type of situation... :o

Seriously, i know someone who had a bad car accident some years back and gets a headache from the mobile phone. I have no reason to not believe him, just like the OP.

The fact is that the mobile emits radio waves and those saying that no one could possibly, ever, feel it are likely just as wrong as those who claim mobiles are the end of the world and we will all die of brain cancer within 10 years. Scientists will say no one has found a significant impact - but that doesn't mean there isn't one.

The problem is that that kind of stuff gets out the hypochondriacs in no time who will jump in and say they also feel bad. Like my mom, she claims her ear is sore from talking on the mobile. However, her job requires her to spend hours on the phone every day, for weeks on end. My ear hurts too when i am on the phone for 2 hours - the landline phone.

I honestly think that cellphones are like cigarettes....not a cause but a contributing factor. Some people are predisposed to certain problems, and using either of those two items exacerbates those problems. I personally use a bluetooth earpiece and keep the phone as far away as possible. Maybe I'm being paranoid, but I'd only have to be right once to justify it!
