What is the reputation of this builder(www.lh.co.th)? I'm going to look at some of their projects in the Bangkok area in May during a visit.....I'm looking for a retirement home.

They are very reputable in my experience, if you are going to buy a house around Bangkok then LH is probably the best developer to select. Their homes are pre-built before they are sold, so you see exactly what you are buying.

Bought mine home from L and H. Its a nice home. Not too many issues, but I have always felt that the fixtures (shower heads, sink faucets, etc, where a little on the cheap side, so I've ended up replacing most of them.

They are certainly in the top 5 in terms of quality and I think they are the largest developer by market capitalization in the country.
