Termite Treatment For Wood House

I would like to have a two story wood house treated for termites. In the west, it's common practice and sometimes required when selling a house to have the exterminators 'tent' your house with a tarp totally sealed and set off pressurized poison that kills everything living....ants, roaches, termites and [sadly] geckos.

In the 8 yrs I've been here, I've never seen it done, but maybe someone out there may know of a company up north in Chiang Mai that does it and pass info on to this forum??
