Sri Lankan is probably the cheapest airline currently operating that route (connecting via Colombo).

another option is JET AIRWAYS, though they are actually not a "budget airline". not less than 16.000 THB including all taxes......

Be careful to read their code share conditions.My agent put me into a lot of mess last week.I had to shell out another 2k baht to get my ticket confirmed to Bangalore.
