Any Thai Online It Shops Good For Serious Voip Headsets Or In Pattaya?

Hi

Does anyone know of any good (Eng language) IT/computer web stores, where I can buy a decent set of proper USB VOIP headset?

(Or any serious IT shops in Pattaya).

I find a trip to Tucom IT Mall in Pattaya when you have a very specific IT need, especially for business purposes, (as in serious proper voip USB headsets), can be a very frustrating experience, & waste of time. Last time went down looking for similar, trying to avoid, commission hungry sales people, before I can scan the shops from afar of what I want, before approaching any, & when you do go over, no one really listens to what you want, & end up getting all sorts of cheap or not what I want crap pushed at me. video games cheapo pin jackplug head sets, & free CD Rom of 300 mickey mouse video games. No Thanks!

If anyone can recommend anywhere in Pattaya, that listen & give you what you want, or a proper straight answer on if they can get a Plantronics ( specific model or not), or how long etc. I am all ears please?

( Plantronics. last time when to Pantip Plaza looking for specific model, & when up bigger store on top floor. was told the make/model I wanted was not made any more, as something different was pushed at me)

Reason, I ask about Thailand web stores, is I am thinking, if I ordered from outside country say from Plantronics themselves, (or other good brand if anyone recommends), would the package not get help up at customs, or post office elicit an "imported tariff " to be pocketed for karaoke bar booze up?

Can anyone recommend a decent brand of regular telephone handset (to be used with VOIP router), with good microphone power on telephone handset to give good outbound voice quality, which I could buy local in Pattaya? what is approximate cost in B?
