Go to the Hp web site and find the power brick you want.  Use the model number listed on it or in your manual and search Hp site. Then you can find the page that lists all the Hp dealers in Thailand address and phone numbers. Many after market substitutes can be found in the IT malls as well.

THE HP store has them for sale for 6000+ baht on their Chang Klang location. The staff were nice enough to tell me that Chi Chang sells a generic one for 1200 baht at Pantip Plaza. I did look online as well but with shipping, the generic brand was the best (and quickest option).
