Finnish
About 2 years ago, give or take a few months I signed on the dotted line to purchase some property valued over 3 million Baht. At that time I qualified for an investors visa but things have now changed. The question is : Since I committed myself to the purchase of property over 3 million before the law changed ( Signed on the dotted line , gave deposits ....... ) surely that would qualify me for the investors visa or at least to get me grandfathered in ? Any comments or does anyone know if there is a change coming in the future ?

If you did not get an extension of stay based on that before October 2006 you will not be Grandfathered
