Does a Thai based subsidiary of US company registered under the Treaty of Amity get any benefits as far as the number of work permits? Do they still have to have 4 Thais for every work permit?

I have a Treaty of Amity company and have always had to show 4 Thais. But this could be because of the ignorance of officials of any laws that say otherwise.

Does a Thai based subsidiary of US company registered under the Treaty of Amity get any benefits as far as the number of work permits? Do they still have to have 4 Thais for every work permit?
