Phuket Airport Hotel is a small (10 guest rooms) and busy hotel located adjacent to Phuket International Airport. Our guests typically stay only one night (either travelling from or to the airport).

To improve our guest service, we seek to recruit a Day Manager with the following responsibilities:

- Liaise with hotel guests on all matters (room bookings and payments, meals, tours and taxis, questions, complaints)

- Liaise with travel agents and travel websites for guest bookings

- Maintain the hotel's high standard of service by monitoring room/hotel cleanliness, food and drink ordering

- Liase with the existing staff (kitchen, room cleaning, laundry, taxi)

The successful applicant will meet the following requirements:

- Age 25+, (no upper age limit), male or female

- Thai national

- Honest, friendly disposition

- Quick-thinking, able to resolve problems

- Good spoken English, (any other European or Asian language knowledge a bonus and will result in a higher salary offer)

- General knowledge of computers, email, internet

- Previous experience within the hospitality sector

- Driving licence (automatic)
