Non-immigrant O Multiple Entry Visa

Featured Replies

Hi.

Our 90 days stay will end up soon. What is the best thing to do,to apply an extension here or just leave the country ( planning to go to Singapore for a couple of days ) and then come back again. Tnx in advance.

You can not extend inside Thailand (more than 7 days) unless you meet marriage to Thai requirements or other such thing that would allow one year extension of stay. You exit the country, enter another country and then return to receive a new 90 day permitted to stay stamp.

As you have a Multi Entry you can come and go as many times as you like up to 90 days each stay. So when you come back you will be stamped for a maximum of 90 days more.

Yes if you or your Wife or both together have a monthly income of 40,000 Baht.

Plus a few other documents.

Any of the income that is from Thailand would need to be backed up by tax receipts.

Any of the income from outside the country would need to be certified by your embassy.
