Job Description

Editor (Full Time - 6 Days a week)

Under general supervision, the Editor is responsible for the development, production and distribution of web publications, as well as managing a team of Copywriters.

Responsabilities

• Works closely with the Project Leader in establishing and carrying out editorial policies.
  
• Edits, proofs and lays out all editorials and advertising and, with the Project Leader, establishes production schedules and ensures that publication and printing deadlines are met.
  
• Works with the Project Leader to establish and maintain the publications calendar.
  
• Writes, produces and directs the distribution of the web publications.
  
• Other related duties as assigned.
  

Profile

• Foreigner born and raised in an English speaking country.
  
• At least a Bachelor’s Degree holder from the Faculty of Arts, Engligh, Journalism, Marketing or any related field.
  
• A strong background in English copywriting (creative writing is a must), all write-ups are in English.
  
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
  
• Must have a quasi-perfect English grammar and exhaustive English vocabulary.
  
• Able to solve problems without much assistance.
  
• Able to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
  
• Strong written and oral communication skill (Thai and English).
  
• Knowledge of Macintosh computers is a plus.
  

Location

Changklan Muang District, Chiang Mai.

Salary

(THB) 35,000-50,000 per month depending on your qualifications.
