Hello I am Frenh.

I live in Chiangrai for more than 10 months already. I arrived with a touristic visa but now I work there as tour leader and I obtain the visa non immigrant B, in Vientiane, for 3 months. Then i obtain my work permit valid until the 14th of april... i would like to know if it is possible to make an extension of visa in Mae Sai, and what kind of document i need to do that.

Extensions of stay are done within Thailand at immigration. In order to extend for one year, you would need to make 50,000 baht or more per month. Then you could apply for an extension of stay for one year. Then you would take your work permit in and get it extended.
