i have the B type visa and its valid till the 18. of oct 08 .

i was wandering if i enter to thailand at that day the last day thwe 18.10 of my visa, will i still get 3 month ?

You should enter the day before as the wording is normally "until" or "before".

So if your multi entry non immigrant visa is dated 18 Oct 08 enter on the 17th or before and you will obtain the normal 90 day permitted to stay stamp.
