Taxi Flagfall Fare

Has the flagfall fare increased? What is the price now?

And what it is the rate per km? And the rate during rot tit (traffic jams)?

I think this must have gone up, Every year drive into BKK to go to Immigration, never anywhere to park so for the past 3 years always park at the same place and get a Taxi, This year the same as last year traffic wise = + 8baht going 12 baht return so more both ways.
