The idea of "runny eggs" makes me want to 🤮 <puke, gag>. I've gone to "cook on demand" buffets where I tell the cook - in Thai - to cook the eggs well done. Then they come back.....🤮 <puke, gag> runny. Then you have to go through that again a couple of times to get them right. Duck eggs? Wife likes them and we can get them fresh locally. But even she cooks them well done. I prefer large chicken eggs. We have enough people in the village with laying hens to keep us well supplied.
