Big Size Clothing

Hey all!

im pretty new in bangkok and i really really need big clothing to survive. I am a pretty fat and big guy so its hard to find clothes in a country made for thin and slim people. Please tell me any place except for MBK since i have already scouted them out and found a few. (eg. Dr. Zu)

iv'e seen a place in pratunam market that does really big shirts and tshirts

not sure of the name but it's on the road opposite the indra hotel

loads of indoor stalls there and it's in amongst them

The hardest thing is underwear and socks- anybody got some good leads on those?

There is a shop in MBK that does large size clothing. I can't remember which floor.

All I can remember was that it is the end closest to the skytrain.

Central Plaza, have 2 shops 'XL' and 'Export'

have a look you will find T Shirts, under pants, track suits all up to 5 XL, trousers and shorts upto 60"

My biggest problem is shoes size 48 [13/14"]

MBK 6th floor near the food court, many stall selling up to 6x

also there are a few jean shops with very large sizes

Khlong Thom market in front of the 7-11 at the entrace is 2 large stalls with up to 5x sizes

underwear up to 3xl can be found at the stalls between suk soi 3-11

Diet, bet you wouldn't say that to a big guys face.

I heard Central Chitlom has a custom service. They can source shoes, clothes etc. They also have a great shoe dept. Sometimes they have big sizes, sometimes not. Timberland stores also seem to have slightly larger sizes.

When will the world unify shoe sizes. In our modern world I cannot understand why a Euopean 47 is different to an Asian 47 or an American equivilant 11. Gets really annoying.
