Non Immigrant B Visa ...few Questions

I am going to try and get a Non Immigrant B Visa...I work for an HR Consulting firm and we are expanding our business into Asia. Since I have a condo in Chiang Mai it makes sense for me to work from there to be closer to our Asian partners. My company will pay me.

So a few questions:

Does anyone have a sample letter for a non immigrant B Visa? I am going to Portland and I know they need it notatrized but I want to know how much information we need to put in the letter. We can explain the work but what else do they want?

Is a 1 way plane ticket ok? Since I would like to be gone 1 year it doesn't make good sense to buy a roundtrip but I can.

have their own rules...

about my case, i just got my non-b

and letter was smth like this

for sure without names :

Date .. /.. /2008

To The Royal Thai consulate

(company address )

This letter is issued to support the request for a

one year multiple entry non- immigrant visa for

Mr X.

Mr. X will have work in our

company from the January probably finishing

around the end of December 2008 subject to the

approval of this visa

Mr. X will be traveling frequently

in and out of Thailand so for this propose he will

need a multiple entry visa

During his stay in Thailand our company

guaranteesre sponsibility for Mr. X

maybe they need the director's

id-card-copy, not sure, but i had to do that .
